MEATER

Kitchen gadgets have always been a popular favorite at CES as well at home. Some innovations seem to make their way to the top of the list by necessity and others by pure genius. The ‘Meater’ BBQ temperature cooking thermometer undeniably does both.

Backed by WiFi connectivity and scorching fireproof technology, the Meater, aptly named for its ability to monitor extreme meat cooking temperatures through an equally impressive smartphone app, debuts at CES 2020 impressing media and onlookers alike.

Shedding all wires and gauges, the untethered Meater keeps an eye on perfect meat temps in the palm of your hand complete with temperature setting notifications. WiFi and Bluetooth compatible up to 165ft (with Repeater), not to mention the extended internet capability through ‘Meater Link’ anywhere your phone takes you. No more bulky cords trailing out of your oven or smoker. A clever app alerts you immediately signaling when your cuts of meat are ready to serve. It also estimates the precise cook time for a variety of meats including pork, veal, poultry, and lamb.

If you are a novice kitchen hack or even a backyard BBQ aficionado with a need for cuisine-art perfection, the Meater meat monitor is an absolute must-have in your carnivorous culinary arsenal.
